The RechordsHillbilly Boogie, Western Swing, Bluegrass, Rhythm & Blues, Rock-a-billy…..it’s all there… it’s all apart of what has become THE RECHORDS. Throw in lead vocals from all of the members at some point during the sets and spice it up with a mix of sweet 2 part and sometimes 3 part harmonies reminiscent of those Bluegrass and Hillbilly bands of days gone by……then delivered with the passion and enthusiasm of a 60’s Garage / Swamp Rock band. Sometimes laid back and feeling like your riding the range in an old Western, then other times wild and crazy like you’re in some adrenilin induced 50’s Juke Joint. |
Danny and the Cosmic TremorsCombining an authentic 1950’s rockabilly feel, with an individual style and energy all of their own, Danny’s smooth vocals blend with the wild rhythmic sounds of the Cosmic Tremors to provide audiences with a knock out performance of original tunes as well as covering obscure rhythm and blues classics from the rockabilly vault.

Good Rockin’ Tonight ( A Sun Records Tribute )Sun records. The very name itself, let alone the amazing music released on the label, is legendary. It was at Sun, in the early and mid-1950s, that the rules of musical convention were broken, pop, gospel, blues and country are blended to give birth to the hot rockin’ sounds of Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Parkins, Roy Orbison, and Johnny Cash. Sun changed the course of music history, and inspired a generation of musicians who in turn inspired the artists who came after them. |
